For A Cooperative World, Muslims Must Embrace Modern Constitutions

By all counts, most Muslim majority countries are in desperate state. Citizens enjoy little freedom. Corrupt rulers, in many cases backed by foreigners, wield absolute power. There is injustice alongside obscene inequality, poverty and even hunger. Educational institutions are sub-par. The state of healthcare is an embarrassment for a religion that spawned Ibn Sina — arguably the father of modern medicine.
